So, there I am, sitting in Granny‘s house, trying to order takeout from Meconi’s because my place is too busy, and I keep feeling like I got somebody giving me some serious side eye..
This guy right here, sitting behind my chair, being all judgy and stuff..
If it’s not him, it’s the cat..
Anyways, I’ve been told by myself to make this short (I don’t actually understand myself, because even my inner voice mumbles)..
We’re open 11am-7pm today. (It’s been a while since world news has given me the hiccups, and I’ve closed early)(you have no idea how close to being true that is)..

So, tomorrow. Friday, February 27th. The return of one of things I said would never come back..
Chili Dogs make their triumphant return (yes, I know, we’ve had them at our other locations the entire time. I’ll just grab a Dr Pepper and kick back while the others explain it to you)..
Chili Burgers will also be available again starting tomorrow I just don’t have time to make some professional type sign, so you get this post. (my staff has been instructed not to roll their eyes at you when you say “I saw a post that Tom put up”..
There will be take and bake pizzas available. My post from yesterday explains it all (or at least a lot of it)..
Ok, my cat says it’s time to go to sleep. (the voices in my head say otherwise, but they’ve learned to listen to my cat also)(there was an incident, the cat won. It always wins)..

I sifted through 38k photos of dinosaurs, 12k photos of cats, and an odd number of the inside of the pocket that I keep my phone in. Weird. Anyways there were a couple of burger photos, so picked my favorite (first one I saw)..

I have way too many cameras. On any given day a solid 25% of them work. They seem to come in handy when people break into the restaurant, run over my cones, have midnight dance parties in the parking lot, set the gas station on fire and some other stuff I can’t mention because you’re all too young.. 🙄..
Sometimes, late at night, in an effort to not go to sleep, I check all 2.6 million of the cameras that are working. Wow, do I see some stuff..
What I saw recently was this. Proof my staff knows how to clean the place. Everything up front all shiny, ready for chaos in just a few short hours..
It’s freakin’ awesome..
Anyhow, it’s just a few minute until we open, so I’d better get ready to mess that flattop up..
Come order something messy and let’s wipe the shine right off its little flattop face..
