For the perfect on-the-go treat, grab an onigiri sandwich from Kabocha Food Truck in west Olympia! Three filling options including crispy tofu katsu, sweet miso egg and spam, and our SPECIAL (pictured) a spicy teriyaki katsu! (Made with crispy tofu tossed in a spicy teriyaki sauce paired with a sweet sesame ginger cabbage slaw with carrot and onion.)

Find us from noon to 6pm, Wednesdays through Sundays! Order online for pickup or visit us in West Central Park in Olympia.
