We've had a heck of a week!

Last Saturday Ryan and Sam spent the day cooking and shucking oysters at the top of

Monday, we had the opportunity to teach a class with it was such a fun way to engage with the community and see some familiar faces from our pop up family coming out to learn some new tricks with us!

Last night we cooked for 10 wonderful folks who purchased a dinner we donated to our friends at this past October! It's always a treat to be welcomed into people's homes, cook for them, chat with them and support rad causes we can all get behind!

Cheers and happy Sunday to all of you out there! Can't wait to start cooking for the masses again soon!

Shucks! We are just so excited to have the pffc.oysterboys heading back our way on Wednesday 12/27 at 4 PM. They'll be bringing the brine to be perfectly paired with our beautiful brews. Come have a post-holiday treat that can't be beat!

Hey everyone! We've been quiet here since our last post. We are overwhelmed with the support and encouragement from the community on our quest to bring back The Reef! Things are going well and we are beyond excited to be taking this space over and feeding all of you on a much larger scale!
(P.s. We are keeping the name :)

We also have one last pop up before Christmas with our amazing friends this Friday December 22nd from 4-8pm! Come out and support before your holiday weekend begins!

December is almost here and we have a few pop ups coming up to help you recover from your post holiday blues!

We are bringing chicken wings to the pop up menu this week along with our pork belly sandwich and oysters!

This Thursday November 30th 4-8pm we will be popping up for Seahawks football Thursday!
Wings and football...everything you need!

This Saturday 4-7pm we will be rolling out the wings again. Come out and support their winter coat drive which kicks off December 1st!

Two more chances to catch us before the holiday weekend!

We are super excited to be out for the tap takeover this Friday November 17th from 4-close!

Then on Saturday November 18th we will be back in Tumwater with our friends from 3-7pm all ages welcome so bring your kiddos and get them some oysters!!

Can't wait to see you all out this weekend before we all get some time off with family!

Banh mi taco is back on the menu this week along with our chili verde grilled oyster topped with pickled carrots and queso fresco! Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend!
