Holy smokes everyone!! Thank you SO MUCH for your overwhelming support ! We were down ā€¦.and you all lifted us back up! We had our tech show up today and feel like we made some progress on the big pitā€¦ weā€™ll be doing some final touches tomorrow but things are looking great so far šŸ¤

It was just brought to my attention that we had a real dry brisket today šŸ‘ŽšŸ»unfortunately in the middle of being busy it was sent out on plates, trays, and such šŸ˜”ā€¦This would have been sometime between 3 & 4:30-ish. We usually catch, and 86 dry briskets and use them for chili, but today we slipped šŸ˜­. BBQ is expensive, the last thing we want is someone to get a bad meal that they looked forward to. Pleaseā€¦ pleaseā€¦if you got some dry brisket today we would eagerly make it up to you on your next visit. We appreciate honest feedback and will make it right. So sorry folks
