The long awaited… gratitude post!!!

I was going to wait to do raigen last because honesty I have so much to say about Ray but she literally pours her heart and soul out into twin bean and I was like I got way too much to thank Ray for so here we go!

Guys, literally raigen has been here since the beginning, she started as a barista, we got to talking and she told me she literally worked in a Michelin star restaurant in New York, two actually… I was like girl what… do u wanna run the kitchen. She turned the kitchen into something beautiful!!! She worked so hard to get the food coming out amazing everyday, she got everyone on the same page, everyone caring about presentation, flavor, and team work.

Besides Ray being the reason we have great food at twin bean, she’s also the reason we have the amazing seasonal drinks, and she’s the reason twin bean is still here. Through all the hard days, she’s always had my back, never left when she probably could’ve so many times lol, she never gives up, she’s become my bestfriend, and the best kitchen manager ever. To the R&D QUEEN, you are loved and appreciated always. Thank u for everything u do for everyone here, it never goes unnoticed, and it’ll never be unappreciated. ❤️

Gratitude time 🤩

This is Val,
Literally I met Val last year the first week we opened when we were looking for people to work back of house. It was literally chaos back there for a little while, I remember sitting down for an interview with Val and she was so determined to get a job and just work as hard as she could. Ever since that day Val has literally showed up to work every single morning on time, never late, never had a sick day, never complains about having to do hard things sometimes, and she’s always there to laugh at my jokes and tell me stories about her fam in Albania. I could only imagine how hard it would be to come to a new country, learn the language, get a job, provide for your family, and also learn a whole new culture… she’s doing all of those things with a smile at 20 years old. What a killa!!!!

She’s become a sister to me and I know that she’s become someone to look up to to alot of our coworkers. One thing u can always say about Val is that she will show up, and that’s one of the best things u can say about someone in my opinion.

Love you Val thank u for everything u do for us here! 💟
