Last week eatery held a "family" dinner for all the employees.
It wasn't about learning new recipes.
It wasn't about tasting new cocktails.
It wasn't even about the new menu.
It was about our people.
Because before there are great meals...
before there are packed dining rooms...
before there are unforgettable guest experiences...
There are people who choose to show up.
The ones who wash dishes without being asked.
The ones who jump on the pizza line when it gets busy.
The ones who stay a little later.
The ones who help a teammate.
The ones who care.
Restaurants aren't built by buildings or menus.
They're built by people.
We wanted our team to know something we've probably not said enough...
We see you.
We see the hard work.
We see the sacrifices.
We see the heart you bring to every shift.
