Welcome to Waves Oceanfront Resort located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine’s finest beach. We are a complex of several buildings consisting of suites, oceanfront rooms, beach houses, and cottages, all of which are no more than 150 yards from the beach and many with beautiful ocean views. Although the summer season is the most popular season in Old Orchard Beach, the beauty of the coastal area is encha

nting throughout the spring and the fall. Waves Oceanfront Resort is perfect for families. Walk from your room to the sand to swim, build sand castles, and stroll in the surf looking for shells and rocks, or just relax and enjoy the feel of the sun on your face while you enjoy the view. Take a break from the surf and sand and take a dip in our heated outdoor mineral pool or soak in our seaside hot tub. We have spectacular sunrises in the morning over the water, followed by romantic moonrises in the evening. Take a short walk by beach or sidewalk to many restaurants, the famous OOB pier, and Palace Playland. Come to the Waves Oceanfront Resort and experience iconic Old Orchard Beach.
