Dear Valued Customers,

With a mix of gratitude and sadness, we announce that we will be closing our business after 15 wonderful years. Since our inception in 2009, we have had the honor of serving you, and the journey has been nothing short of incredible.
We still fondly remember our very first customers and every step we took to grow and improve. Your unwavering support, loyalty, and trust have been the cornerstone of our success. Without you, we wouldn't have reached the milestones we've achieved, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
Deciding to close our business was not easy, but it is the right step for us at this time. We want to express our deepest thanks for your continuous patronage and for being a part of our journey. It has been an honor to serve you and to be a part of your lives.
As we say goodbye, we wish you all the very best for the future. Thank you once again for 15 years of amazing support, from 2009 to 2024.

Now this post, we would like to ask you to please participate so we can derive the new menu from all your inputs. The more participations the better for us to hear our customers as you the customer is our top priority.

When we reopen, the menu will be different but full of excitements we can tell you that much.... the rest is for you to come see for yourself when we resume.

Thai Shangri-La's Current status: loading slowly 😆

We get a lot of questions to when will reopen...

We don't have the set date just yet as we are still in the process of renovations.... but you guys will be the first to know.

While we're waiting.... we love to hear your voice.... 😍

We are thankful for all the kind messages and many that stopped by to check on us yesterday. We are now in the process of cleaning up the entire restaurant from the smoke damaged. This event is a very emotional one for us and surely not easy for everyone. 14 years of having Thai Shangri-La and 14 years of having everyone supporting us....We miss all of you! ....We are doing our best to get everything back up and running again. Thank you so much once gain from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏❤️

Thankfully no one was hurt from the incident 🙏🏻Unfortunately due to the unsafe structure, we will remain closed until further notice. We will be working closely with the local authorities to the process of reopening the restaurant. We will keep everyone updated. We’re greatly appreciated all your support. We are looking forward to serving you all again in the near future. ❤️🙏🏻 Thank you very much once again from Thai Shangri-La Team.
