Who doesn't love an awesome sloppy Joe? ( well, to be fair, I'm sure some people don't like sloppy Joe's.) Friday ( and the weekend, if there are any left)  we will have these incredible sloppy Joe grilled cheese on croissant bread. The sloppy Joe is made from scratch, it's chipotle and brown sugar and the bread is incredible. It'll be served with hand cut fries . Check back in for our Other Friday evening and weekend specials.

I have never made such a small pot of sauce ... kept it simple , tomatoes and lots of fresh basil. Got a bit fancy for some friends since we were not open . They got to sample one of Friday nights specials , chicken parm with a side of bucatini topped with fresh made "gravy"
~ Freshly pounded chicken cutlet, with melted provolone and mozzarella , accompanied by a side of bucatini pasta , garlic toast and whipped ricotta

Our newest pierogi creation , the Josh ( didnt know whether to call it the Josh or the Allen , but couldnt call it the combination of the 2 )
Hot , sweet and awesome~
Chicken breast , hot peppers , fresh basil, sweet tomatoes , and a few other secrets. This is a MUST try .

That was a nail biter ! The bills came through with the win. Our Buffalo Bills Pierogi platter was a huge hit yesterday. Such a huge hint that we're going to offer it again this evening for dinner.

My mom always made these . I made a few today, and took One to my dad's for dinner with him. We had Josh Allen burgers from Sloan Market , they were huge ( 17 ounces each ) I honestly cannot believe my dad finished his🤣
