After spending several months in Italy searching for the highest quality ingredients, we are proud to serve these imported products in every one of our pizzas:
Caputo Saccorosso: an ultra finely ground, unprocessed and non-bleached flour that makes a dough with a flavor profile unlike any other we tasted.
Extra virgin olive oil di Mezzomonte: This olive oil comes from a small batch family farm in the hills just outside of Florence, a region widely known for producing the best olive oil in Italy, and its strong yet smooth flavor is truly one of a kind.
