We had such a great afternoon with some of our Team Members from Rockwell North and Rockwell South! ❤️

These Team Members have worked hard to complete their training, and we’re so proud of the growth and dedication they’ve shown along the way.

Our Visions & Values session is an opportunity to continue investing in and developing our Team Members. We spend time reflecting on their experience with us so far, discussing Team Rockwell’s Vision and Core Values, and talking about what it looks like to live those values each day in our restaurants.

🌟 TEAM ROCKWELL SPOTLIGHT: MEET FARHAN! 🌟

Meet Farhan, one of our Front of House Managers who has been part of Team Rockwell for almost 3 years!

🐔 Favorite Chick-fil-A order: Spicy Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese. Paired with Sriracha and Ranch of course!

❤️ Favorite part of Team Rockwell: “Being able to work with everyone here, watch people grow, and create a fun environment for everyone. That is my purpose here!”

🏃 A dream he’s working toward: Running the full OKC Memorial Marathon!

🩺 A goal for the future: Becoming a Nurse Practitioner!

🌟 TEAM ROCKWELL SPOTLIGHT: MEET LOGAN! 🌟

Meet Logan, one of our Front of House Team Members who has been part of Team Rockwell for 1.5 years!

🐔 Favorite Chick-fil-A order: The NEW Chicken & Waffles! And according to Logan, “The bacon is amazing!”

❤️ Favorite part of Team Rockwell: “The people and the community. I’m a big people person, so I always enjoy connecting with our community and my coworkers.”

⚡ A dream he’s working toward: Logan hopes to one day own his own electrical or trade-based company. He sees his time at Team Rockwell as an opportunity to continue developing the teamwork and leadership skills that will help him achieve that dream!

🇮🇹 Dream vacation: Italy! He wants to try all the food, see the sights, and explore as much as possible.

We’re so grateful to have Logan as part of Team Rockwell and love seeing our Team Members dream big! We’re excited to cheer him on as he continues building toward his future.

Game day just got even better at OU 🏈🔥

Last Saturday we partnered with OU for Kickin’ for Chicken, where a hometown hero has the chance to kick a field goal for free Chick-fil-A for a year! Each game spotlights a new hometown hero category, celebrating the people making an impact across OKC and beyond.

Last weekend, our team had the opportunity to participate in Dream Night at the Oklahoma City Zoo, a special evening dedicated to creating a welcoming and memorable Zoo experience for children with disabilities and/or medical needs and their families.

We are so grateful to have been a part of such a meaningful event and to support such an incredible community. ❤️

Meet Ryan, one of our Front of House Senior Trainers who has been part of Team Rockwell for 2 years!

🐔 Favorite Chick-fil-A order: Spicy Cool Wrap with egg and bacon added in!

❤️ Favorite part of Team Rockwell: “Getting to meet new faces every day. Our Team is one of a kind! I enjoy working and collaborating with everyone and getting to learn new skills you might not have the opportunity to learn every day.”

💻 A dream he’s working toward: Ryan is working toward earning his bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity!

🧩 Hidden talent: Ryan can solve a Rubik’s Cube, and he has 28 of them at home! His fastest time solving a standard cube? An impressive 26 seconds!

We’re so grateful to have Ryan as part of Team Rockwell and for the positive spirit he brings to our Team. We love getting to cheer on our Team Members as they learn, grow, and work toward their dreams!
