My Okie Heart Pizza and More My Okie Heart Pizza was founded by two veteran families: Michael and Susan White and Brandi and Will Ross. Army.

The name “My Okie Heart” was inspired by Michael and Susan’s decision to plant roots in Oklahoma — Michael’s home state — after his retirement from the U.S. It reflects their love for family, community, and the feeling of coming home to the heart of Oklahoma. For them, “My Okie Heart” isn’t just a name — it’s a tribute to where their story continues and the people who make Oklahoma feel like home. Brandi and Will brought inspiration from their time in a small Italian town, where the local pizzeria wasn’t just about food — it was about community. Combined with Michael and Susan’s decades of military service and teaching, we turned that inspiration into something lasting for Oklahoma City. Together, we traded uniforms for aprons and built My Okie Heart Pizza around three simple ideas:

Family and friends coming together over a meal

Community pride in every slice

Whether it’s from our mobile pizza kitchen or our neighborhood storefront, My Okie Heart Pizza is more than just pizza — it’s about creating a place where families, friends, and neighbors can gather, laugh, and share something special.

My Okie Heart Pizza is looking to add a few new crew members to our team!

We’re currently hiring for:

👤 Mobile Pizza Trailer Crew Members
Help with pizza preparation, customer service, POS operation, setup, cleanup, and keeping things moving during busy lunch and dinner services.

🚚 Mobile Pizza Trailer Crew Members & Drivers
In addition to working as part of the crew, we need experienced drivers who can safely tow, maneuver, park, and back up our large mobile food trailer.

📍 This is a mobile job!
Our trailer goes wherever we’re booked. Many of our events are throughout the OKC metro and surrounding communities, but we also travel to events farther across Oklahoma. Crew members should be prepared to work at different locations depending on our event schedule.

💵 Pay: $8.50–$12.00/hour
Starting pay depends on food-service experience, overall experience, and large-trailer towing/driving experience.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous food-service experience
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts Monday–Saturday
• Willing and able to travel to scheduled events and service locations
• Drivers must have a good driving record and proven experience towing and backing large trailers

Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available.
