Drum Room Wedge in MWC

The Wedge, Oklahoma City’s original wood oven pizzeria, is opening its third location along with its sister restaurant The Drum Room, second location, in Midwest city Fall 2018! 2320 South Air Depot Boulevard. Our group is excited to be a part of the new up-and-coming development happening in the Midwest City area!

With such a diverse group working at Tinker and also being near Rose State College, it is the perfect spot for us to be able to serve an all new crowd. Our wide selection of pizza, burgers, salads, grab-and-go items, and of course our famous fried chicken from The Drum Room, allows us to cater to new friends and family of all ages and tastes.

We are a made from scratch restaurant. Pizza dough is made daily. We offer both wood fired and NY style pizzas. We serve fresh never frozen poultry from Oklahoma. Our chefs will be creating new seasonal salads and small offerings. A full service 20 seat bar will allow guests to be taken care of while enjoying a craft cocktail or draft beer, and watching the game on one of our many TVs. The restaurant itself is a quick service style restaurant with a walk-up-and-order counter. We will prepare your meal and happily bring it out to you after you grab a seat in our spacious dining room. We will be opening our doors to the public in the early fall and look forward to serving all of Midwest city and the surroundings areas!
