Our Evening Culinary class wrapped up its work this summer with Global Cuisine, a night of delicious food inspired by tastes from around the world. Students created delicious appetizers, entrees, or desserts inspired by their favorite cuisines. Diners enjoyed tastes of Turkish, Sichuan Chinese, Vietnamese/Southeast Asian, Mexican, Spanish, and Puerto Rican cuisine all inside our District 21 restaurant.
