🚨First week of the new rotating Wednesday noodle feature! We’ve got Khao Soi Haeng (dry broth-less rice noodles) - wide rice noodles, spicy tomato & pulled pork shoulder “ragu”, wood ear mushrooms, alliums, bean sprouts, long bean, cilantro, garlic chili oil, fried shallots.

Available every Wednesday in September starting at 4PM until sold-out!

You’ve had our OG Lao Khao Soi with pork broth and spicy minced pork. Khao soi haeng translates to “dry cut rice (noodles)”. We 86ed the broth and stir-fried fresh rice noodles in a spicy sauce of braised pork shoulder, tomatoes, and fermented soy beans.
