Basil Chicken “Pad Kra Pao” for July’s Thursday Rice Plate!

•Chicken kara-age with basil, long beans, red bell peppers, onions, and a savory chili sauce, peanuts, aromatic rice•

Allergies: peanut, alliums, shellfish, fish, nightshade

Pad Kra Pao is traditionally cooked with mince beef, pork, or chicken with lots of basil. Our version is inspired by the dish but instead of minced meat, we are using fried chicken kara-age with the spicy, savory, basil notes of a pad kra pao sauce.
