We want to thank you all again for your patience, understanding and support for our food truck. It didn't work the way we planned it because it is totally different from our dine in restaurant with the heat and also technical issues with the new trailer. We are learning as we go and this weekend helped us better understand the changes we need to make for our next event. AND AGAIN we are very Sorry..

There was moments where we were thinking, "WE ARE DONE" BUT, We realized we are not QUITERS, WE CAN DO IT" WE STRUGGLED, BUT WE LEARNED FROM IT. So, we appreciate all the customers that patienly supported us and Because of you, We will keep pushing to be the best we can be! We will continue to give our best effort and serve you the best food. Our goal is TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED.

SO, Next Saturday july 11th at Filipino Asian Market from 11:00am - 3:00pm only, we will minimize our menu to the top items you chose so that our focus can be on quality and efficiency, serving you faster.

I want to thank everyone that showed up at our food trailer today for your patience. We are so sorry for the delays. Today was our first time out with our new trailer and had a few technical difficulties. Hopefully we waill have all the kinks worked out by next weekend. Again, thank you so much for supporting us, your kindness and your patience.
