BIG NEWS

Hi Oni Fam!

I just wanted to get on here and keep you guys in the loop and let you know that......

WE BOUGHT A FOOD TRUCK!

Which means we are one step closer to getting The Oni Okc food truck on the road slinging rice balls.

YAY!!!

But not quite.

The food truck was handed over to us from none other than The Hall's Family of The Hall's Pizza Kitchen and we could not be more grateful that we stumbled upon this opportunity to continue the legacy of serving our community with great food and culture.

Which brings me to my next point!

This food truck was built for pizza making and even has a brick pizza oven built right into it.... which we will have to rip out.

To be honest we're a little nervous but also SO excited to know that at the end of this journey we will be able to serve Oklahoma City the way we've always wanted to, and in our own food truck.

We have opened a donations account for any body who would like to contribute!

So it would be an honor to receive any help you can lend along this mission, & know that it is to deliver the highest quality food & entertainment to you, your family, & OUR community.

A list of things donations will go towards:

Paint job
Ripping out old brick pizza oven
Install custom oven, grill and deep fryer
Snow cone machine
Refrigerator
Repair
Building shelves and cabinets
POS system
and much more

Yes you heard that right....

We are now offering eggrolls. Not just any eggroll, they're called 'Dad's eggrolls' on the menu because.... well..... they're my dad's eggrolls!

They are a family recipe and for good reason. They are THE BEST eggrolls I've ever had.

These eggrolls were featured at the Lunar New Year festival and they were just as big of a hit (if not more) than my onigiris!

Here's how that transpired...

I told my dad that we would be a food vendor at the Lunar New Year Festival and he asked if he could make eggrolls and bring them.

How could I say no? But why would I.

Anyway, my dad wants you to know he hopes you enjoy his eggrolls.
