Experienced Server / Supervisor Wanted
**This is not an entry level leadership position.**
We're looking for a hospitality professional who has years of experience as both a server and a supervisor (or manager) and is ready to join one of Oklahoma City's busiest and most respected brunch restaurants.
For over 15 years, Café Kacao has built a loyal following and a reputation for excellent hospitality. That means a stable schedule, consistent guest volume, and excellent earning potential for our team.
We're Looking For Someone Who
*Has several years of experience in high-volume restaurants.
* Has worked as a Server, Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
*Wants a long-term home with a well-established restaurant.
**Bartending experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a hybrid leadership role consisting of:
*2 Supervisor Shifts
each week serving as the Front of House Manager
on Duty (hourly pay).
3 Server Shifts each week, including weekends, where you'll continue earning strong tips and the occasional saturday and sunday off.

Typical Server Earnings
* **Weekdays:** $200–$350 in tips
* **Weekends:** $350–$500 in tips
