I have cooked all types of cuisine and use organic and local foods. I'm able to accommodate any dietary or allergy restrictions. I also provide cooking classes. I'm passionate about the art of cooking and have a strong commitment to the food I serve. I believe in using fresh ingredients to create delicious meals that are both healthy and satisfying. We served delicious New Orleans style beignets and our meal-prep of a summer salad with fresh fruit and cream cheese, a mushroom risotto with baked chicken, and an organic mushroom soup with avocado oil and portobella mushrooms.
