Let me take a minutes to EDUCATE on the differences between ICE CREAM,SHERBET, and SORBET.
Ice cream- sugar,tempered egg yolks,heavy cream, and whole milk.
Sherbet-sherbet uses fruit with 1% to 2% milkfat
Sorbet-sorbet is completely dairy free fresh fruit only.
Anywho don’t forget to purchase your ice cream while deals are still going!

I still have ice cream available! Thursday whatever is left on Thursday I will be handing out to the homeless. It will be a few weeks as I am working on a few new products and that will be what I have for the next sale. I have 80 pints of ice cream in my freezer. Homemade ice cream is only good for about 2 weeks. My household can not eat 8 gallons worth of ice cream and I’m not going to allow us to even attempt it. I’m going to do deals to push it out. I get questioned about ice cream when I don’t have it in stock. I have it in stock and everyone’s a ghost.
