Episode 14 of my Ultimate Soups, Stews & Chilis Series! 🍲🇮🇹 We already tackled Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana, so today we’re coming for another favorite: Pasta e Fagioli. 😂

Italian sausage, two kinds of beans, ditalini, veggies, and kale all simmered together in a rich tomato broth. At this rate, we’re just slowly recreating the entire Olive Garden soup menu. 😂
