He grew from "Farm Intern of the Summer" to our "Executive Chef of the Eastside Eatery." And now, he is on to continue his growth & make our city a better place with his leadership! Big congratulations to Chef E as he begins his next chapter! We are incredibly grateful for the creativity, talent, and heart he has brought to Eastside Eatery, and we are cheering him on in all that comes next!

With Erick’s departure, our Eatery team is taking this week to regroup and reconfigure. We will be open with daily specials only rather than our regular menu. Watch our page for each day’s special and critical updates and thank you for your patience and support as we prepare for Eastside Eatery’s next chapter!
