September is a proud month for Brazilians, as it’s when we celebrate Brazil’s independence from Portugal. It’s also when Rodizio Grill celebrates the wandering cattle wranglers of the pampas who started the tradition of roasting steak over pit fires on large skewers. We honor their legacy by adding to our menu some of our most traditional, most Gaucho-inspired recipes, developed by our Brazilian gaucho chefs. Join us this month for free menu upgrades with your regular Rodizio Grill dinner.
