D&G Catering Personal Chef Service We are a small family owned and operated local catering business offering personal chef services. W Fresh produce is obtained from local vendors if available.

D & G Catering uses the highest quality ingredients available; organic if possible. Most of our products are personally prepared, although we occasionally use a convenience product if it meets our approval. Meat products are purchased from vendors using livestock, poultry and seafood produced in the United States, and we use local vendors when available. Our goal is a satisfied customer!

PSA: I feel compelled to write this post with the holidays and cooler weather coming. If you are making a fire, please don't add gas or lighter fluid to help the fire ignite additional wood or burned down logs. The liquid, although dangerous, isn't as dangerous as the fumes. Flare ups or flames will follow the vapors. It happens so fast. Think of using hairspray and a lighter to throw flames. Same principle. If you need to validate tjos, google it or check with your local fire department or forest service. Please be safe. Someone loves and depends on you. Have a happy and safe holiday season!
