🍽️ For us, the experience at Fern is the final chapter of a much longer story.

Long before a Rancher’s Reserve steak reaches the table, there are years of decisions behind it genetics, breeding, calving, nutrition, animal care and finishing.

Fern allows us to complete that process ourselves. Instead of our involvement ending when an animal leaves the ranch, we get to see that work all the way through to the plate. Our chefs can understand the beef they’re working with, utilize more of the animal, and prepare each cut in a way that allows it to shine.

🐂We’re in the middle of what is easily our strongest calving year to date, with more than 80 exceptional calves already on the ground. The quality, consistency, and genetics of this year’s calf crop have exceeded our expectations, and we’re just getting started. We expect another 50 calves before the end of the year, making this our largest and most exciting calf crop yet.

🎗️Every calf represents years of selective breeding, careful management, and our commitment to building one of Florida’s premier Akaushi cattle programs. It’s exciting to watch the next generation take shape, knowing these animals will one day become the beef we’re proud to serve.
