We created the Mira Monte on our first day using the fresh ingredients we had left over from our other pies and salads - ricotta cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, and Kalamata olives and naming it after the school and neighborhood we love so much. Come in for a Mira Monte - it's still one of our most popular pies!
