HGSD sponsored Martin County’s Making Strides for the American Cancer Society by hosting Strides 200 Virtual Challenge from August to October. Participants logged in 200 miles. I want to thank our registrants: Bob Wolfort, Lezlie Biro, Doris Eggens, Lisa Sloate, Lisa Ridgway, Jim St Jim St Pierre, Tina Harralson, Karan Stevens, Ravi Brammer, Sadia Brammer, Susanna Sedlacek Wald, Mindi Slavin Fetterman, Brittany Cano forming HGSD team plus the Rowland team members- John John David Gepp, Susan Schlapkol and Elissa Lucchese for helping us raise $1000.00!!! Donation was presented Jay Zeager on November 12, 2020.

Members of HGSD are on Martin County's Making Strides Committee.The car parade event is October 24th - 9-10 AM at BD Liberator in Stuart. Survivors and Supporters are welcome to take part in this unique event. The pin below is part of HGSD's fundraising efforts. If you have been in Ogunquit this winter and tried to contact us you know we were not open. We spent the winter in Florida with Lew & Julie to enjoy their company plus to assist them during our off-season. For the remainder of 2013, we will be in Maine but have decided to suspend the shop's and cafe's operations until 2014. At this time, we are working on the inside of the shop and our on-line store.
