Hill of Beans Café is looking for part-time and/or full-time staff members to join our team. We are a family run restaurant that is busy and high paced yet offers a cheerful laid-back feel. We are a local favorite as well as a tourist destination.

Positions we are hiring for:
• Dishwasher
• Server / Wait Staff
• Prep Cook / Kitchen Help

Experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are more important to us!

Responsibilities:

Dishwasher:
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through washing by hand and machine cleaning methods.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and safe.
• Bussing tables.
• Provide general assistance to the kitchen staff and servers.
Servers / Wait Staff:
• Sitting customers.
• Taking orders.
• Answering questions about the menu and food.
• Taking and processing payments.
• Communicating orders with the kitchen staff.
• Helping with customer service.
• Cleaning the dining area.
Prep Cook / Kitchen Help:
• Cooking.
• Cleaning the kitchen.
• Keeping kitchen clean and orderly.
• Food Preparation.
• Cleaning and Prepping for the next shift.

Wages are competitive for the industry and based on experience.

Hours of Operation:
Wednesday - Sunday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
