Wheat Bread update:
We're making half whole wheat sub rolls every Tuesday and Thursday. We are mixing half all purpose flour with half whole wheat flour.
People that would like loaves, kaisers, pretzels or dinner rolls please special order them a day ahead to gauentee supplies.

Exciting Changes Are Baking in the Kitchen! 🌾🍞

​We are thrilled to give you a sneak peek behind the scenes at what’s currently proofing on our tables. Today, we are experimenting with whole wheat flour varieties for our signature bread lines, bringing a wholesome, nutty twist to your daily favorites!
​Whether you love a crusty pull-apart loaf, sandwich loaves, or dinner rolls, we are testing out how different whole grain profiles bake up to give you the ultimate texture and flavor.
​What We're Testing Today:
​Classic Loaves: Rich, hearty, and shaped in our trusty baking pans.
​Baguettes / Long Loaves: Beautiful, elongated dough ready for that perfect golden crust.
​Pan Rolls: Perfectly portioned, bite-sized batches that will bake into soft, fluffy goodness.
