Mission Statement
We here at White Lighting Enterprises have vowed to make sure that all our customers are taken care of. Jake Lund, CEO has been in the food industry for many years since he was a teenager. The food industry was and has always been his life and to always helped others to do better. As the years went by Jake began to think harder and harder about what to do next! Then one day it hit him after working on a food truck Jake and his dad (Curtiss) looked at each other and said Hey let’s do a food truck as Jake always told his family would happen! So never looking back and it always being on his mind about the food truck happening one day. Jake Lund, CEO, Curtiss Lund, COO and Jaycie Hayden, Ops Manager decided to take the next step and open a Food Truck so with a smile on Jake’s face he said Well let’s do it so after some time went by Jake and his family took a little bit of time to come up with the Perfect plan for the food truck and low and behold before you knew it Jake, with his amazing family standing next to him put the ideas from paper to real life in a matter of days and that’s when MADD DOG EXPRESS was born! Jake & his family continues to push forward with new ideas and goals, always looking into the future for the next best thing and willing to do what they must do for their customers and employees.
