It has been brought to our attention that an incident occurred within our business on Saturday, April 11, that our staff was unaware of until a social media post was relayed to our company later that same afternoon.

An allegedly non-compliant ADA service animal was brought into the premises of our store and caused a public upset for a multitude of valid reasons. One of which is because the situation went unnoticed and un-addressed by staff and continued to cause discomfort amongst customers.

Our company and team members would like to sincerely apologize to anybody who was affected by the incident and had their experience with our business tarnished. OG Donut takes the cleanliness of our business with the utmost diligence and strives to provide customers with an immaculate dining experience.

This standard was unfortunately not met today and once again, our business would like to apologize to those affected and will be taking steps to ensure that NON-SERVICE animals are not welcome within any of our store locations.

Finally, we would like to reiterate that we acknowledge and understand the severity of the situation and assure our customers we will be handling it accordingly. We appreciate the support we’ve received from members within the community while we navigate this and we will do better! Thank you for your attention.
