Full Service Restaurant and Lounge:
Polly’s Restaurant opens for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner serving a wide variety of West Texas cuisine from Mexican to BBQ and back! Toby’s Lounge is open every night with DJ and Dancing on Friday and Saturday and drink specials during the week

BBQ Banquet – Tuesdays:
Delicious home-style brisket, ribs, sausage with all the sides, salad and dessert bar. Mexican

Buffet – Thursdays:
We’re famous for our Mexican buffet including enchiladas, fajitas, chili rellenos, flautas and all the sides. It’s traditional Mexican food just like Mama makes. Sunday Brunch:
Our Sunday brunch is extra special. There’s truly something for everyone with the largest brunch in West Texas. Choose your favorite breakfast items from our complete egg, waffle, and pancake station with eggs cooked-to-order including omelets just the way you like them. All the sides are included such as sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Plus, choose from one of several lunch entrees and vegetable selections. There’s also a complete Mexican food buffet with enchiladas, fajitas, flautas, menudo, with all the complements. Our salad bar and dessert bar rival any in town.
