Meet Region 3 Director Michael Gibson Jr.!

From serving our country as First Sergeant, U.S. Army (Ret.) to serving the BBQ community with the same dedication, Michael Gibson Jr. embodies what the IBCA family is all about.

Known for his servant's heart, Michael has never met a stranger. Whether you're a first-time cook or a seasoned pitmaster, he'll be the first to welcome you, lend a helping hand, or share a laugh around the pits. And, of course, you'll probably spot his favorite sidekick, Bubba the Monkey, tagging along and bringing smiles wherever they go! 🐵🔥

Michael believes the cooks are the heart of IBCA, and his passion for helping others is what makes him such an outstanding leader for Region 3.
