Our first-ever Sake Dinner is officially in the books, and WOW… what a night! 🍶❤️ We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who came, tasted, laughed, learned, and let us take you on a little adventure outside the world of wine 😎 At Wine Maniacs, our mantra has always been simple, Sip, Bite, Sip and sake proved that the same magic we love about wine and food can happen in a whole new way. While wine is made by fermenting grapes and sake is brewed from rice, both have incredible layers of aroma, texture, acidity, sweetness, umami and complexity...and both can transform when paired with the right food. Sake and food. Wine and food. Different traditions, different techniques, but the same beautiful idea, bringing people together around a table to taste, explore and have fun. 🍷🍶 We had SO much fun hosting this first one… and judging by the empty glasses, we think there may need to be a few more Sake Dinners in our future! Stay tuned. 😉

Who needs labels anyway? 🍷😎 Our Blind Tasting Wine Dinner Tuesday night turned into an epic battle of noses, taste buds, and a little bit of blind confidence!
Wine Maniacs enjoyed six delectable courses paired with eight mystery wines while competing for points by guessing the grape varietal, country, region, Old World vs. New World, and even the vintage.
🍷The lineup featured Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Champagne, Riesling, and Zinfandel—keeping everyone on their toes from the first pour to the last. Some guesses were spot on... others were hilariously optimistic! 😂
The friendly competition was fierce, the laughs were nonstop, and everyone left with a few more wine tricks up their sleeve. Until next time... trust your palate, not the label! 🍷🥂
