We are so excited to begin another season proudly serving Mullen's Dairy Bar ice cream! They have removed dyes, corn syrup, and carrageenan from their delicious ice cream so you can enjoy this sweet treat guilt-free 🍦

Today marks 8 years since we began service at Mullen's Dairy Bar. We wanted to thank all our dedicated team members—past and present—as well as our loyal customers who have been part of the Mullen's Dairy Bar story.

We'd like to take this occasion to announce a big change to our homemade ice cream that is making it creamier and healthier! We developed a new, all-natural 14% butterfat mix with our long term local partner Galloway Company.

So what does that mean? It means that Mullen's Dairy Bar is now a "super premium" ice cream—but most importantly our ice cream no longer contains corn syrup and carrageenan!

When we announced the transition away from artificial dyes last fall—we received considerable feedback about both corn syrup and carrageenan. We shared we were on a journey to get to an all-natural ice cream that families can enjoy. We are proud to announce that we are now there.

Tonya and her team have been churning this new ice cream for a couple weeks and we are so excited to share it with all of you!

I am so excited to offer these deliciously homemade heart-shaped cookie cakes for Valentine’s Day! 🩷

Each cookie cake is about 8 inches wide and 1.5 inches thick and the perfect treat for your bestie, significant other, teacher, co-worker, or anyone you feel like sharing a little love with. They are a brown butter chocolate chip cookie lightly topped with homemade vanilla buttercream.

They will be ready for pick up starting Monday, February 10th. You can pick the date that works best for you ❤️

We will be at Fall Fest downtown Oconomowoc this Saturday!!! We will be serving freshly made Maple Brown Sugar Cookie Sammies as well as Brown Butter Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Sammies. We will also have root beer floats, orange dream floats, sorbet push pops, and of course will scoop dishes of ice cream! Come by and say hi and try these fall treats 🍁

We are at the Oconomowoc Farmer’s Market until noon today! Then we have a private party tonight. We will be out and about a few times this week cruising through neighborhoods so DM us if you want us to stop by yours and we will try to make it work!!!

We will be at Ocon Rotary Splash Pad from 5:30-6:30 and then off to St. Joan of Arc’s playground from 7:00-8:00. Stop by and grab some ice cream and cool off because it’s going to be hot!
