BrynTeg Farm and Orchard BrynTeg [beau·​ti·​ful hill] Farm and Orchard is dedicated to providing you fresh, locally-grown produce.

Our beautiful hill and its surrounding acreage have been in the family since 1963, and we wish to continue the tradition of sowing, growing, and harvesting the food we eat. BrynTeg Farm is located in Ashippun, Wisconsin, and our office and pick-up site is located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. We desire to provide direct farmer-to-consumer arrangements where you the consumer will receive fresh, locally-grown produce. We desire to provide you all-natural and locally-grown produce.

And… the 2026 garlic harvest is complete! We just finished, trying to beat the intense heat. Normally, we have to dig the garlic out, but we had 1” of rain last Wednesday that made the ground softer… and just perfect for garlic harvest.

The garlic is drying in various locations this year. The first round of drying is done outside, and then it will be moved inside to the drying carts.

The harvest this year is beautiful! Much bigger bulbs, for the most part, compared to what we had the last few years. Very thankful.
