Happy Easter to all of you.
We plan on stopping in at the restaurant Tuesday nite around 5:30 ish. If you have some money still due you from the football season please stop in.

Good day everyone
The “ old” Schwefels restaurant is now open. Eric, the new owner
has hired the Chef we had working for us.
That means you will still be able to get some of your favorites that we served!
You will also see some of the staff from before.
We want to thank you again for your support for 35 years. We also hope you will support Eric in his new adventure.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Yesterday we finished our closing on the restaurant. I want to once again thank everyone who helped Lori and myself over the 35 years.
I wish Eric, the new owner, the best. I hope you will all give him your support.

Saturday night the packers take on the 49 ers at 7:15. We will once again cheer them on at Schwefels. Bar will open at 4:00. It’s pot luck so bring a dish to pass if you wish. I do have some appetizers I will put out. The Texan game will be on before the packers.

The packers will play San Fran on Saturday at 7:15.
Once again we will cheer on the packers at the bar. Bar will open at 4:00. It’s a pot luck so feel free to bring a dish to pass. I have some appetizers I will put out. The Texan game will be on before the packers.

Winter has arrived. I hope everyone is safely at home waiting out the storm. After we dig out, we all will want to get out! So Sunday we will open the bar at 2 pm for the Packer / Dallas game.
I will make sloppy Joe’s and have some appetizers. 1. 00 off all tap beer.
This may be your last chance to have a drink at Schwefels before it changes hands!

We did the drawing for the 33 pool today 1 winner for the last week is Larry. Congratulations Larry! You may pick up your money at the bar on Sunday. The bar will be open for the packer game. Kick off is 3:25, bar will open by 2.
This may be the last time you can enjoy a drink at Schwefels before it changes hands. Hope to see many of you here and enjoy a Packer upset. Wouldn’t it be great to beat the Cowgirls in Dallas! I can see Jerry crying already.

To everyone who has requested recipes:
Thank you, we’re honored and we will miss so many also. The recipes belong to our chef. They stay with him. They cannot be bought, demanded, begged for. It is the end of an era. If and when our chef decides his next step, maybe you’ll see some of your favorites again! We will no longer be responding to messages/calls/etc regarding this. Thanks.
