Tomorrow makes one week since I had the incredible opportunity to serve some of Haiti’s most beloved dishes on stage.

Moments like that mean so much to me because I genuinely love sharing our culture through food. There is so much history, love, and tradition behind every dish, and seeing people willing to experience Haitian cuisine brings me so much joy.

I’ve been cooking since I was a little girl and made my first legume at just 8 years old. Cooking isn’t just something I do—it’s one of the ways I show love.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and allows us to share a little piece of Haiti with our community. 🇭🇹❤️
