✨ Market Prep Series: Day 1 ✨

The countdown to Dreamers & Doers starts now! 🤍

This week is officially all about baking, decorating, packing, and probably questioning why I always think I have more time than I actually do. 😂

I’m also bringing a brand new brownie to this market and I am SO excited for you guys to try it. It’s a Caramel Cornflake Crunch Brownie, inspired by UK bakeries that top their brownies with homemade caramel-coated cornflakes. And yes... I really spent $22 on an imported box of cornflakes just to make these. 😅 Was it a little dramatic? Maybe. Was it worth it? I guess we’ll find out together next Sunday.

After 2 years of doing markets, I finally had a SOLD OUT event as a micro bakery in Ocoee/Orlando Florida!! I don’t think I celebrated enough because I was dreadfully exhausted lol

I’m honestly overwhelmed with gratitude. Every cookie, every slice of Dominican cake, every dessert cup, and every conversation at the booth reminded me why I love doing this.

🦸‍♂️ Team Cap or Team Iron Man? ⚡

The Multiverse Market called for a superhero showdown, so I had to bring it to life in cookie form! 🍪

These soft vanilla sugar cookies are topped with my signature vanilla buttercream and finished with edible Captain America and Iron Man designs. I had so much fun decorating these, and I honestly don’t know which team I love more!

So let’s settle this once and for all...

Multiverse Market Prep Day 4 ✨

We’re officially in the final stretch! Today wasn’t as dessert-heavy, but it was one of those behind-the-scenes days that keeps everything running smoothly on market day.

✔️ Restocked my entire market kit✔️ Labeled all of my packaging and shopping bags✔️ Decorated 4 dozen buttercream sugar cookies featuring the ultimate Marvel showdown... Captain America vs. Iron Man! 🇺🇸⚡🤖

So let’s settle it... Who do YOU think won the real Civil War? Team Cap or Team Iron Man? 👀👇

I also stacked and filled all of my Dominican cakes! I’ll have my classic Guava and Dulce de Leche cakes available, plus I’m introducing a brand new flavor just for this market...

🥥🍍 Dominican Piña Colada Cake Cups – Layers of soft Dominican cake, sweet pineapple jam, smooth coconut cream, and finished with my signature silky Italian meringue and some maraschinos for good measure. If you love tropical flavors, this one is a must try! (Very limited quantity of this while we test the flavor!)

Seeing everything come together has me so excited for Saturday. Thank you for following along with this prep series—I can’t wait to finally share all these treats with you!
