Greg (Pop), started his pit master role in 2009, in a friends backyard on 4th of July. As a teen he worked in his grandparents barbecue restaurant, but never ran a smoker until that day. To say he was hooked is an understatement, he was on fire. His love and passion for bringing people together through his cooking is uncontainable. From the standard dishes like pulled pork with mac & cheese to the well loved creation The Pigtail, everything has Pop’s special twist.
