… and trust us, you’re in for a real treat. Chef has a pretty epic lineup on deck including: baja kumamoto oysters with mulberry mignonette, gochujang-marinated chilean sea bass with buckwheat risotto, mai dai with loquat salsa, and koji-aged kampachi with brown butter kimizu just to name a few.
