Banh mi sandwiches are a Vietnamese street food. Served on soft French baguettes, they’re a delicious hybrid of French and Vietnamese cuisine. Typically, they contain pickled carrots, daikon, jalapeños, cucumber slices, cilantro, mayo, pâté and a protein. Popular proteins include marinated pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, but If you are vegan, no worry, you can find tofu and avocado Banh Mi in our restaurant.

- Friday Pho day, this is our 4th journey.

Of course, talking about pho, this dish that anyone who mentions it will immediately know is a Vietnamese dish. Our pho is seasoned and prepared in the style of old Vietnam with a broth made from star anise and cinnamon. This is a brand new dish for us because so far, people have only heard of us about banh mi but rarely about Pho. But now, we want to convey the message of Vietnamese Pho in general and ours in particular. Hopefully, with our bowl of pho, people can feel more about the cultural features of Vietnam.
