In the kitchen is my happy place.

After seeing me post about meal prepping last week, someone who did an event with me the day prior asked me how I could spend hours at meal prepping after cooking morning to night the previous day. And it really made me think: I could do this all day, every day, because I really love it.

Whether I'm cooking for an event, myself, friends, or family, it makes me happy.

I am so honored to be a part of this upcoming fundraiser event for San Diego Environmental Film Festival (SDEFF) 🌏

San Diego Environmental Film Festival is dear to my heart. I have been a judge for the festival the last 2 years and I have learned so much from the films and the community surrounding them. This organization is doing amazing work and is so deserving of support!

I love this event because it's not your traditional fundraiser. It focuses on highlighting local makers, farmers, and artists, and keeps our planet at the front of everything!

Tickets are on sale now and a cooking demo by yours truly is one of many activities and experiences you will have on September 18th! I hope to see you there! 🌱
