Deltina Coffee Roasters

07/16/2026

We are hiring in Oceano! Send resumes to [email protected] by July 21. Cheers, coffee crew!

To our dearest coffee crew: Closing today is not a decision that we made lightly. Internally, we acknowledged the nationwide protest, and we discussed it as a team, knowing the greatest impact would be to our staff. Ultimately, each team member made a decision for themselves. The result is that we lack the staff to open today, but all team members supported the decisions of their fellow team members, and so we made the decision to close today.

We respect the decisions of our crew, of our precious community, and all of our local businesses today, open or closed. Deltina will always remain a space where all are welcome. In love, grace, and understanding, have a beautiful day today. We will see you in the AM.

Great news! We are back up and running in Oceano! See you tomorrow AM!

Sad news, coffee crew. Our espresso machine is down in Oceano. We will be closed on Friday, January 16th. The good news, we have the replacement parts and we should be good to go on Saturday!

Spread some love in SLO tomorrow if you want to snag some coffee. Have a beautiful day, friends! ❤️

Great people serving great coffee! Swing through next time you’re cruising down the coast…

Coffee Stops on the Coast ☕
Need a Highway 1 pick-me-up? San Simeon has you covered. Start your morning right with these local favorites:

1. Sebastian’s General Store – A must-stop for coffee, coastal charm, and a side of history. Grab a drink and enjoy the view from the porch.

2. Cavalier Coastal Kitchen – Coffee with an ocean view. Stop in for a warm cup and stay for breakfast by the waves.

3. Moonstone Cellars Tasting Room (Cambria) – Not your average coffee stop, but their morning espresso is perfect before wine o’clock.

Sips, scenery, and a slower pace this is how you do mornings on the Central Coast.

Feeling sweet..? Or savory?

Treat yourself to a freshly baked local pastry, paired with your favorite latte! It’s the best combo ☕️🥐

No weird chemicals. No shady sourcing. Just small-batch, fair-trade, slow-roasted magic in a cup ☕️✨ We let the beans do the talking, grown right, roasted right (without flavor-enhancing chemicals), and never faked - trust us when we say you don’t need to fake it when the beans are this good already!

Happy Mother's Day from the Deltina team! Here’s to the hard-working moms out there pulling off the toughest job of all, and probably appreciating the coffee a little extra 💪💛
