I can’t believe a year ago today was my last day selling scones & cookies at Crazy how time flies! Although life up here in the Sierra Foothills is wonderful, I do miss you all! I hope you have given a try for your scone addiction! Trina makes amazing scones & baked goods! She sells on and they deliver around SLO County!

My gardening skills are being seriously challenged here in the hot, dry weather we’ve had. But one of my customers had given me some seeds before we moved, and I did good… I’ve got some flowers. 😊
My tomatoes are another story 😩

Made some lemon scones. Been a while. Yep, still got it 😝😋😋😋
I miss being there on the Central Coast where when it hits 70 degrees I complain it’s too hot🤪, and where you can take a walk any time of day, or turn on the oven & bake scones all day long😝
We are adjusting to life in the 90’s+ 😅. Yay for tall pines, redwoods, lake time and air conditioning! Miss ya all!

Not gonna lie, there’s nothing like a beach sunset, but this one from our deck in the pines is pretty amazing.

I had requests for icing, so…
Lemon Cream.
Key Lime.
Kumquat.
Passion fruit.
Blackberry Lemon.
And butter cookies: Vanilla Bean. Mandarin. Brown sugar cinnamon.
