One Cup WV - Oceana One Cup serves as a gathering place where recovery & community meet, work together & fight stigma! One Cup is a recovery supportive workplace.

The coffee industry is truly one of the most global industries that touches the hands of everyone from our Ecuadorian farmer to the espresso roaster, and to end with our consumer in the One Cup coffee shop. One Cup serves as a gathering place between home and work that provides a place where community can come together to enjoy laughter, friendships, and fellowship. Providing and building the bridge between community and employment, job training and employment for those spending some of their recovery to learn about our mission and grow their recovery. One Cup (Coffee with a Mission) is a nonprofit social enterprise, providing both coffee and career, to the local and recovery community. One Cup also has a year-long part-time job program for individuals looking for a stepping stone into something more stable.
