To everyone spending the week chasing ground balls instead of fish:

We hope your first pass is clean, your stick stays true, and your legs hold up.

By the end of the game. Shake hands. Drink a few. Pick each other up. Leave the excuses at midfield as we all know ‘it’s been a while”.

Originally from Venezuela, Maria brings years of passion, dedication, and heart to our pastry kitchen. Inspired by her grandmother, Ana, she believes great desserts are made with love, patience, and a commitment to every detail.

Her current favorite creation? Our Pistachio Cake. But the dessert she’s most proud of? The Carrot Cake, because seeing guests enjoy it makes all the hard work worth it.

This menu didn't start in a kitchen. It started on the water.

When the boats come in, the menu follows. When the catch changes, so do we.

What's on your plate tonight came from people we know by name, pulled from waters they have known for a lifetime. We've built lasting relationships with the local fishing community, and those partnerships shape every dish we serve.

There's no frozen playbook here. No chasing ingredients that aren't meant to be in season. Just what the tide brought in, and the experience to let it speak for itself.

The best thing you eat tonight might be something you've never ordered before.

The tide rolls in, and the tide rolls back out. You head out hoping for a good catch, but the ocean has a way of reminding you she's the one in charge. Some days you land what you came for. Other days, you pull up something you never expected. Those are the days you remember.

That's how we see our kitchen. We show up every day ready for whatever the tide brings. The unexpected is where our best ideas come from. We trust our instincts, respect the season, and let curiosity lead the way. Our hope is that every plate leaves you fulfilled, a little surprised, and eager to see what's waiting on the next cast.

Around here, we don't just follow the current, we eat against it.
