rmet burgers, innovative tacos, salads and sandwiches to full dinner entrees featuring fresh local fish prepared in a variety of styles, beef, shellfish & pasta. Our pub fare includes items such as Mexican street corn, our famous “Wrinkled Green Beans” , sushi-grade ahi nachos and our numerous award-winning wings. On the beverage side, local craft drafts, premium margaritas and an outstanding wine list are featured. Refined” reflects our approach to food and beverages. Every item on our menu is about preparation and flavor. All of our sauces, salsas, dressings etc. are meticulously house made. We use fresh local sources wherever possible, and premium ingredients such as our chuck, brisket & short rib custom blended burgers and beef sourced from Roseda Farms in MD. Longboard is owned and operated by Rick Vach, a longtime Ocean City local with a rich family culinary background. Parents Dick & Mary Carroll owned the Quarterdeck and Wild Goose Chase restaurants in Ocean City in the 70’s and’80’s, and brother Josh developed and operated
6 restaurants in Wrightsville North Carolina. Sister Martha provides all the desserts for Longboard and several other local restaurants. Rick operated Island Time Café in the Sunset Island community for six years prior to launching Longboard, and also created the popular but short lived Avalon Market gourmet store in West Ocean City.
