Piccini is all about family โค๏ธ

When Janet and Tony Galante took over Piccini Wood Fired Pizza in 2018, they weren't just buying a restaurant โ€” they were continuing the legacy of a beloved Ocean City spot with deep roots in the local community ๐Ÿ™Œ

Born and raised in the area, Janet and Tony have spent decades serving the Shore community through their businesses and careers. When the opportunity to take over Piccini came along, they jumped at the chance to carry on its tradition and build something their sons could one day take over ๐Ÿฅฐ

Today, continues to serve up the wood-fired pizzas, Italian favorites, and welcoming atmosphere that people have come to know and love ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ‘

Bonus: they also offer free delivery starting at 5pm ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Date night at Angeloโ€™s Family Restaurant? Weโ€™ve done the hard work and narrowed it down to two delicious options ๐Ÿ˜Œโค๏ธ

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Option 1:

Start with the Mussels Marina, then move on to the Chicken Fra Diavolo for a little heat and plenty of flavor ๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Option 2:

Kick things off with Zucchini Sticks before diving into the Tortellini Alla Panna โ€” creamy, comforting, and always a good idea ๐Ÿ˜

The only question now is... which one are you ordering? ๐Ÿ‘€

Let us know in the comments: Team #1 or Team #2?

Fractured Prune Donuts Ocean City NJ was named after a real person ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿฉ

The story goes back to the late 1800s, when a woman named Prunella Shriek owned much of the land in what is now Ocean City, Maryland. Despite being in her seventies, she regularly competed against men in sports like ice skating, skiing, tennis, and even ping pong ๐Ÿ‘

Because she often came back from competitions with bumps, bruises, crutches, or a wheelchair, locals affectionately nicknamed her โ€œFractured Prunellaโ€ โค๏ธ

Years later, when founder Tom Parshall was looking for a unique name for his new business, he came across her story and was inspired to call it Fractured Prune.

We'd say the name is just about as unique (and wonderful!) as the donuts themselves ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฉ
