And our last day for the summer will be Sunday, September 27, which is the third day of the Ocean‘s Calling festival as well. Look forward to meeting a lot those attendees from all over the world!

Well, we had 19 workers  over the summer.  All great kids. And now it’s down to just 7  rocking us through Labor Day’s busy Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

it seems like we celebrate another employee’s a good run everyday few days! 

Last week we said goodbye to this young student, a Pizza Cook who never missed a shift and made thousands of beautiful pizza a

also Madina’s birthday as well

my buddy & business colleague next-door Martin from Tino’s Mexican Grill, bought her a birthday cake. Martin says I had a great crew this summer. All of us eat a lot of Martin delicious tacos, and he eats a lot of our pizza and we both share watermelon slices constantly with our whole crews

Anyways, after  today, which is Sunday Labor Day weekend, we will be saying goodbye to Lucy and Sophie from China, my manager Ruby, who is American, and Delora from Istanbul.

More  cake, and ice cream and tonight I’m making my homemade piña colada’s to go with that

and then we’ll be down to three people and myself to finish September.

 Our last day will be Sunday, September 27 which is also the last day of Ocean’s Calling festival

HOURS as of Aug 26th--today-----We are still open everyday at 4:30pm-------- thru Sunday Sept 6th

THEN:
Wednesdays thru Sundays in Sept from (4:30 pm to 8:30pm) Dinner-time only.

Last day open is Sept 27th which is also the last day of the famous Ocean Calling Music Festival. I enjoy that big weekend because we get to meet Festival attendees from EVERYWHER.....Boston, Seattle, Canada, its crazy

Hi FB Fans. How are you? Hope you are well.

So, as far as out Wing Sauces goes, we NIXED Carribean Jerk Seasoning, and also Garlic Parmesan Sauce.

The reigning champs have proven to be:

Sweet Baby Ray BBQ Sauce
Sweet Baby Ray Hot Sauce
Sweet Baby Ray Sweet Thai Chili Sauce w/Roasted Sesame seeds
Sweet Baby Ray Sweet Teriyaki Sauce w/ Roasted Sesame Seeds
Texas Pete`s Mild Sauce
& Old Bay Dry Rub

PS:
We put the sauce on very Heavy,
to make sure you are very H😀ppy.

Video from Last day in July I just found in my cell featuring 28" Pizzas. Each one is 12 HUGE cuts for 12 people. But we advertise it as "Feeds 8" so there will be 4 slices left over for tomorrow😁

Four of our J-1 Visa workers at Pino’s, took the day off to do a small group tour up in Philadelphia PA

and I told them make sure to visit the famous Reading Food Market to try the famous Philly cheesesteak.

These Students from around the world, that work at Pinos, a lot of them have never heard of a cheesesteak

I tell them its chopped up steak with fried onions and mushrooms and peppers, whatever you like  and some people like lettuce and tomatoes and mayonnaise, even

and it’s a real treat !!

and so they got it and sent me photos and they said they liked it. Of course they liked it!!!
